Jaylia Polak is a highly experienced Senior Property Manager with over 13 years in the real estate industry. She commenced her career in 2012 after graduating Year 12 in 2011, beginning as an Assistant Property Manager and progressively working her way into a senior role through dedication, industry knowledge, and a strong commitment to excellence.

Throughout her career, Jaylia has gained extensive experience across all facets of residential property management. This includes standard portfolio management as well as specialised experience within the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS), where she conducted compliance audits alongside ongoing property management responsibilities. This background has strengthened her attention to detail, legislative knowledge, and ability to manage complex tenancies with confidence and care.

Jaylia’s passion for real estate began at a young age, inspired by admiring homes and properties during drives to and from school and throughout the countryside. This early interest naturally evolved into a long-term career built on both professional growth and genuine enjoyment of the industry.
